How to get to the center
Bus. To get from Kaliningrad Khrabrovo airport to the city center, look for bus number 244E. Exit the building, turn right and after 20 m you will find the desired stop. Buses run from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm every 20-40 minutes. See the exact timetable here.
To the final stop "Yuzhny Vokzal" the bus runs 45 minutes through the central part of Kaliningrad. Get off at any convenient stop, for example, near the Tourist Hotel, the Central Market or at Victory Square.
Tickets are bought from the driver. The fare is 100 rubles, and the baggage allowance is 25 rubles per piece. Children under 7 years old - free. Please note that the bus journey is not fast and there are not enough luggage spaces. If you are in a hurry, carry a lot of things, or arrive at the airport at night, you will have to take a taxi.
In the opposite direction - from the center of Kaliningrad to Khrabrovo airport - buses carry passengers from 7:00 to 20:20. According to tourists, it is better to go on the way back from the final stop, from the South Station. This will ensure you get a seat and store your luggage without haste. Buy tickets at the box office, in the bus station building.
Taxi. From the airport to the center of Kaliningrad - 25 km. You will get there in half an hour. On the airport's official website, ordering a taxi to a hotel in the Leningradsky District of the city costs 650-750 rubles, in the Central District - 750 rubles, and in the more remote Moscow District - 750-1000 rubles. A trip by minivan will cost 2,500 rubles.
Transfer via KiwiTaxi is more expensive: to the South Station - from 1050 rubles. But the driver will immediately meet you with a sign, plus he will help you carry your luggage.
We advise you to take a car not at the entrance to the airport terminal, where taxi drivers usually wait for customers, but at a special counter that serves the Kaliningrad Taxi Park and Cobra companies. It is located in the arrivals area, at the exit from the building. Khrabrovo is a small airport, so you definitely won't miss the taxi stand.
How to get from the airport to Svetlogorsk
Bus. The popular resort town is located 40 km from Kaliningrad. Previously, from May 1 to September 31, three times a day - at 10:45, 14:30 and 19:30 bus # 243E went from Khrabrovo airport to the village of Donskoye. His route ran through Zelenogradsk and Pionersky, and the road to Svetlogorsk took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Links to a direct bus are found on the Internet, but, according to Kaliningrad drivers, in 2020, bus No. 243E was canceled.
Now, in order to get from Kaliningrad airport to Svetlogorsk by public transport, you will have to change trains. First, by bus # 244E you need to get to the South Station. We described above how to do this.
Regular buses run from the Yuzhny railway station to Svetlogorsk from 5:40 to 22:30 every 20 minutes. The fare is 105 rubles. Tickets are sold at the ticket offices of the bus station. You will arrive at the place in 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Near the bus station is the Kaliningrad South Railway Station, from where it is easy to get to Svetlogorsk by train. Trains run from 8:00 to 19:55, the journey takes 1 hour, and the ticket costs 87 rubles. The Svetlogorsk-2 station is located in the very center of the city.
Taxi. The price of a taxi to Svetlogorsk at the airport is 1000 rubles. When ordering a KiwiTaxi transfer, you can get from Kaliningrad Khrabrovo airport to Svetlogorsk for 1640 rubles.

How to get from the airport to Zelenogradsk
Bus. Unfortunately, there are no direct flights from Kaliningrad airport to Zelenogradsk. You will have to take bus No. 244E to the South Station and change to a bus or train there. Trains to Zelenogradsk run from 6:40 to 18:40 5-6 times a day. The ticket costs 62 rubles.
The situation is better with buses. Buses No. 114, 140 and 141 run from the Southern Bus Station of Kaliningrad to Zelenogradsk. From early morning until 20: 00-21: 00 they leave every 10-15 minutes. The road to the place takes 55 minutes, and the trip costs from 95 to 102 rubles.
Taxi. At the taxi desk at the airport, they offer a trip to Zelenogradsk for 700 rubles. With KiwiTaxi, you can get from Kaliningrad Khrabrovo airport to Zelenogradsk for 1150 rubles. Depending on the route, you will travel between 21 and 27 km and will be there in 25-35 minutes.
